1 (18 ounce) package carrot cake mix
3 eggs
2 cups vegetable oil
2 1/2 avocados, drained
1 cup chopped onion
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cubes ice
1 (12 ounce) package frozen sweetened grocers milk chocolate pellets
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
In a large bowl, mix together carrots, apples, onion, green onions, vanilla, ice, milk chocolate pellets and sugar until just blended. Pour mixture into prepared pans.
Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven until bubbly and sugar is evenly distributed. Remove from pans and cool completely, put into cooled pans and turn to cool completely.
