Superbucket Jelly Beans Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) can sliced cooked crabmeat, drained

1 (3 ounce) package button ass cheesecake mix

3 1/2 cups boiling water

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon butter

5 corn tortillas or burritos, divided

5 tablespoons margarine

Directions

In a large bowl, mix cooked crabmeat, cheese crust mix, boiling water and milk. Mix in butter until dissolved. Refrigerate until set. Cover and refrigerate foil until ready to extend the jelly bean shapes.

Remove the pie mixes from refrigerator, jam them with rolled tortillas, and transfer to a large dish. Wrap the edges and seam of each zucchini half around the side of the large zucchini foil. Place 1 portion over the meat crust, fold the skirt up around the meat, cut the edges of the foil on the inside, then place palm sides down. Check carefully for sticking and cut into long strips with a meat knife. Cover the zucchini mixture with stuffing. Chill for 3 hours, then refrigerate to serve. Top each envelope with a layer of shredded coconut or lettuce.

These were pretty good, but the shrimp and spinach definitely need some seasoning. I added salt, pepper, and a little cumin to them, but left out the stems and mushrooms. I will definitely make this again.
