1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons instant powder white chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (12 ounce) can coconut oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan. In a medium bowl, cream together the 1/2 cup sugar and milk until smooth. Beat in the flour and baking soda, then stir in the chocolate and eggs.
Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, stir together 1 cup cake mix and 3 eggs with the fat-free milk mixture until just evenly distributed. Divide batter evenly among prepared pan.
Bake for 450 to 550 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 21 to 25 minutes. Whisk in the butter. Cool before serving.
