1 (3 ounce) package powdered sweetener
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Melt sweetener finely.
In a medium bowl, mix powdered sweetener and cream cheese. Beat in peanut butter, pudding mix, milk and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour mixture into pie shell. Chill overnight before serving.
