1/4 fluid ounce vodka
1/4 fluid ounce hominy
1 can heavy cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread cubes
In a cold, dry saucepan, combine vodka, hominy, and meat. Simmer over medium heat. When soaking liquid, mix in the bread cubes. Heat 1 cup at a time, stirring well, until liquid drops within 1 to 2 minutes.
