Kabobsquash II Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1/2 cup olive oil

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed

3 tablespoons paprika

1 green bell pepper, sliced

9 sprigs fresh mint

1 large red onion, sliced into rings

3 tablespoons crushed salt

1 small piece fresh ginger root

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 cup salted peanuts

Directions

In a small bowl mix together the beef, olive oil, onion, garlic, paprika, green pepper, mint, onion ring, crushed crushed salt, crushed ginger, lemon zest and salt. Mix until well combined. Shape into patties, secure with toothpicks. Fry in a small skillet until meat is browned. Drain on paper towels and serve cold.
