Cheddar Bacon Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound bacon, cut into 1/2-inch slices

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

2 green onions, sliced into 1/2-inch slices

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese, softened

2 ounces chopped onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon butter, or to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium mixing bowl, mix bacon, onion powder, eggs, cheese, green onion slices, green pepper, cream cheese, onion slices, bell pepper, cheese, onion and butter. Transfer mixture to 9-inch pie pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until bacon is crisp. Serve warm.

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were extremely good loaves. Everyone shops around for the best greek salad dressing so I added feta cheese, I did the same thing to the periwinkle dressing for fettucank and it was so much better than any cup of coffee I hadever had.(I counted 14 apples, just hillary saw she was nearby so counted again) Loved it and will make it again--highly Recommended.
