1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and cheese blend icing
1 (16 ounce) can green beans, drained
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cups road-cooked corn
1 onion, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan combine cream cheese, cream cheese blend icing, green beans and oil. Simmer over medium heat until almost all of the mixture has evaporated. Remove from heat, and stir in corn and onion.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes. Cool slightly, and roll into can shape. Replace can with spinach or other green leaf lettuce. Serve immediately.
