4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 large onion, halved and cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3 cloves crushed salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
CURD dill weed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Arrange potatoes in a large, shallow baking dish. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, basil, and dill. Pour mixture over potatoes and toss well.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 to 50 minutes, or until tender.
