2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

great stuff - came out pretty well fresh. - put to rice as it said but with a sprinkle of extra fine powder. - Cellared it in a strainer then put on hoagie and called it a day.
