3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 teaspoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 (10 ounce) package dry BBQ sauce mix
2 (14 ounce) cans roasted red peppers
1 1/2 cans shredded Cheddar cheese
In a small skillet, whisk hot dogs' egg, cheese, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until well blended. Place the mixture in a small resealable plastic bag and shake to coat.
For Hot Dog Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, ketchup, light brown sugar, horseradish, reduction sauce mix, mustard and Worcestershire sauce mix. Mix well.
