1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons boiling water
3 cups sliced peaches
1 cup orange juice
1 cup orange sherbet
Melt the butter and the sugar in a medium bowl. Stir in the boiling water to thin. Reduce heat, and stir in the peaches, orange juice, orange sherbet and orange extract. Pour mixture over the peach marshmallow and marshmallow cream and put on top of the orange marshmallow cream.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly toasted. Serve warm or room temperature.
