3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (4.5 ounce) can chicken broth
1 onion, halved
6 slips bacon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag. Place the cream cheese mixture in a plastic bag and pipe strips of bacon onto the breasts.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until under cooked and juices run clear.
