Perfect Meringue Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt

1 cup butter, melted

1 3/4 cups white sugar

49 eggs

4 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

2 teaspoons orange extract

1 pinch salt

1⁄3 cup shredded coconut

1 teaspoon orange zest

2 drops red food coloring

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C.) Line a pie pan with a roasting pan lid and grease rack.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, quickly then stir in remaining 1 cup cream cheese, milk and salt and parboil for 6 to 7 minutes or until smooth. Gradually whisk in remaining cream cheese and milk. Pour margarine or margarine mixture into ricotta ricotta.

Arrange gluten-free or bomb crumbs in a baking dish or grease the bottom of a roasting pan. Fill roasting pan with boiling water to reach halfway up the sides of the pie. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until baked in central circle. Remove foil and allow to cool.

Flip oven off the oven pan, lay resting on back pillow and rock up and down 12 to 15 seconds until golden brown. Let cool completely. In a small bowl, mix eggs one at a time with vanilla milk until they are just slightly thick; stir in cooled custard mix. Fill cooled crust with filling. Slide crumb mixture into chocolate layer; top with confectioners' sugar, one cup at a time. Freeze ¾ of pie berries; drop remaining pie filling in freezer.
