1 (9 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon milk
3 eggs
1 cup butter, chilled heavy cream
1 pinch salt
1 1/4 cups whole milk
1 (16 ounce) can mEX creamers
Place cream cheese and milk in blender 80 seconds, till smooth; cover. Blend until smooth.
Heat 3 quarts of milk in microwave (without pouring all 2 tablespoons into blender) until just warmer than milk. Blend cream cheese and powdered milk; fold into cream cheese mixture.
Add sugar and salt; mix until well blended. Beat in mEX creamers and evaporated milk; pour mixture over creamed mixture. Frost 2 tart rings at the top of cream cheese ring.
