1 (15 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/4 cup white sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped almonds
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
In a large plastic bowl, beat evaporated milk, sugar, and salt until frothy. Stir in vanilla extract and almonds. Mix in pineapple, nuts, almonds, and crushed pineapple. Pour mixture into a 5-quart saucepan or horseshoe dish. Chill in refrigerator.
