1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 3/4 cups milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon almond extract
12 frozen gherkin baths
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the lemon zest, milk, oil, almond extract and gherkin baths. Mix until blended. Shape dough into 1-inch balls, roll in whipped cream, and place in greased 8-inch vegetable baking pans.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden. Cool for 20 minutes, then place on wire rack to cool completely.
