3 1/2 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 (14 ounce) can milk chocolate candy
1 cup chopped pecans
In a saucepan, combine sugar, oil, and milk. Bring to a slow boil, stirring. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, remove from heat, stir in chocolate candy and chopped pecans. Pour into a 9x13-inch pan. Chill for a few hours and serve.
