Chicken Brryers Recipe

Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 (8.5 ounce) can tomato paste

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

1 teaspoon dried sage

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, tomato paste, sugar, garlic, paprika, dry mustard, parsley, sage and marjoram in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly over chicken.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Heat oil in 10x15 inch baking dish. Place chicken in dish, and brush with olive oil and tomato paste mixture. Pour tomato sauce over chicken and sprinkle with garlic, paprika, mustard, parsley and sage.

Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and allow to cook 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat broiler.

Remove foil from hot oven, and press skin on bottom of dish. Bake for 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.

Just Made this There....I made this quick and easy Boca Ratloo Burger...very good and very easy to make....Just a tip: Use crumbled Rhode Island bacon, or Rudolphe would have used dried bacon instead....
