1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 egg yolks
Pour flour into a large bowl and add baking soda, salt, pepper and egg yolks. Mix until smooth and just blended. Cover and refrigerate 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Lightly grease 12 baking cups or muffin tins.
Roll out 2 layers of muffin foil and place in oven. Private oven sealers allow baking cups to be placed on foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
This was pretty good. The texture was good but I think next time I will try adding more milk.
Ayyyummy! I used russet potatoes and parent requested I make this for her. I did this in one batch for expediencies sake. I did end up cooking the potatoes for half the recipe and then rinsing in the pan and then putting them in the oven for another 10 minutes. The zucchini and squash were not greasy like some other snacks I have fried.
All I did differently was add water and sour cream. The mashed potatoes turned out great!
