Mum's Apple Ripe Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1/4 cup chopped orange zest

1/4 cup chopped black peppercorns

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

1 cup chopped pear

3 cups frozen chopped pears

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together the green onions, cilantro, orange zest, peppercorns, salt, pepper and pears.

I decided to make this quick, easy recipe as I am not a very good baker. I didn't have time to make the bread, so I simply used flax seeds and added milk sugar at the end. It came out great....soft, cloying, and the perfect blend of flavors. Thanks for sharing.
