3 (3 ounce) packages lemon flavored Jell-O
1 (1 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (15 ounce) can sweetened lemonade
1 (9 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
In a large bowl, mix gelatin and pudding powder. Add sweetened lemonade concentrate to gelatin mixture. Mix until smooth. Pour over chicken breasts and refrigerate overnight.
When chicken is cool enough to handle, peel breasts and cut chicken into cubes. Remove skin and bone and slice each breast into 2 strips. In a medium bowl, mix lemonade and lemonade concentrate. Store chicken in a cool dry place.
