I found this recipe to be a tad bland, but I forgive that since I wasn't a fan of capsaicin green. I found it to be nutritious, and used it to flavor both sandwiches and dipping sauces. I also used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and i mashed the sweet potatoes first. they were tender-cute, and the texture was wonderful!
