If I could give more stars, I would! This recipe is by far the easiest and most delicious blueberry recipe I have ever made. I found it through a veteran who taught herself to make macaroons from scratch. I started with a whole wheat whole milk and followed the recipe's directions (per guru Kim of JustEat) except for the cocoa powder. I did press these cakes. 5.0 No changes, other than using whole wheat flour and reducing the sugar. These were excellent--my husband gave them 10 stars, although way too rich for my taste. This is an easy & delicious keeper recipe.
