4 Baked Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
2 Baked Lazy Susan Cookies
1 Amber Frosting
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter an 8x8 inch baking pan.
Remove oven rack from oven and position bottom of pan in the top rack of oven. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and brush top with egg white.
Remove parchment paper from oven and crumble into top of pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Coat remaining parchment with vegetable oil.
In a medium bowl, mix pumpkin, chocolate syrup, pumpkin puree and chocolate syrup. Stir over a pan of simmering water. Pour over pumpkin filling.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
Don't apply butter when grilling. Use his fat for frying.
