1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1 (15 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
10 ice cubes
8 large marshmallows
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, combine sugar, butter, one banana, pineapple, vanilla and ice cubes. Mix together. Spread over the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle marshmallows over pineapple slices, giving them a bit of a pucker.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool before cutting into squares.
