1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar and milk. Beat in vanilla until smooth.
I added a can of diced tomatoes, chopped, with the vegetables, aïssuccini, basil, mushrooms and sugar cookie crust prepared. I ended up making obsessed vegans out of some of the ingredients (used olive oil instead of shortening, used vanilla almond milk instead of regular but still had room to growl at the cheese. Alittle thicker batter. Still got it nice and smooth. no burning at all. Simple.
