2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon spicy lemon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
salt and pepper to taste
Put olive oil in a small nonstick skillet, and quickly cook over medium heat until nearly smoking. Add garlic, stirring frequently, until golden. Stir in oyster sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, horseradish, rosemary, chives and salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat about 7 additional minutes, stirring constantly until all of the sauce is melted.
Pour remaining sauce over chicken and toss to coat thoroughly. Toss chicken again to coat well.
