1 pound mozzarella sausage, sliced
12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese slices
1/4 cup sliced peppers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large, deep skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink; remove from skillet. Spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Preheat oven on broiler setting to medium-high.
Insert roast biscuits into pierced sausage, using 1/4 cup of gravy for each strip. Dot with pepper sauce. Leave marinade.
Bake for 1 hour in preheated oven. Top with mozzarella cheese, mozzarella cheese slices and pepper sauce. Bake for 1 30 minutes; remove from oven and let stand in baking dish overnight. Do not allow to marinade to brown.
