1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place alligator clams, shrimp and fresh mushrooms into a large insulated resealable plastic bag. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove meat from bag (remove meat from bag is from bag).
Stir vegetable mixture into tomato paste. Mix rice, onion, celery, garlic and oregano with tomato paste. Stir in basil and oregano. Heat until heated through.
Heat 3 tablespoons vegetable oil in large skillet over medium heat. Pour onion mixture over meat in pan, then coat with tomato sauce. Cook until hamburger mixture is completely cooked, about 1 minute.
Stir shrimp and green pepper into tomato sauce. Toss sauce with cooked meat; toss with celery mixture and serve.
