Roasted Pork Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

4 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon white sugar

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin roast

1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 tablespoons dried basil

2 teaspoons dried rosemary

2 teaspoons dried sage

1 pound boneless Italian sausage

1 cup Italian seasoning

1/2 cup Italian wine

1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano

2 teaspoons dried basil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/4 teaspoon dried sage

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in sugar, garlic, salt and oregano. Slowly cook over medium heat until mixture is heated through.

Stir in salt, basil, rosemary, sage, sausage, Italian seasoning, wine, parsley, oregano, basil and salt. Continue cooking 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir frequently. Remove pork from pan and place in oven. Spread olive mixture over pork and sprinkle with parsley, oregano, basil, sage, rosemary, sage and thyme. Place remaining pork over pork.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until internal pork is tender. Remove from oven and cool completely.
