6 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon molasses
7 rosemary sprigs
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
On a serving platter, sprinkle the butter, sugar, molasses and rosemary sprigs over each serving.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, basting with hot water during the last half hour. Cool, pierce and serve when serving.
