2 (9 inch) pie shells
2 large egg whites
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate covered melonade
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate covered cherry-flavored Jade
Place the eggs in a medium bowl. Place the salt in a medium bowl. Stir in melted butter and sugar. Fold 1/2 of the melted butter into the yolks (it will be very thin).
Pour the chocolate into the shell. Pour the remaining 3/4 cup of chocolate over the chocolate. Place the pie shell on the serving dishes, using the parchment to protect it.
Gently pack the remaining chocolate on top of the pie with a wooden spoon. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
