Marinated Franks Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and lettuce mix

1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 cup cherry tomatoes, drained

1 (4 ounce) can minced fresh mushrooms

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 pound franks

Directions

Slice each steak into 2 pieces. Place in pieces on the prepared pan.

Cover, and open in refrigerator 15 minutes.

Remove steak, and place in marinade. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

Return steak to pan for marination.

Place mushrooms, tomato, chicken and vinegar in pan. Bring to a rapid boil, and whisk out with water. Cover, and allow to cool.

Preheat grill for high heat.

Flip portions of franks. Grill 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until internal meat temperature reaches 165 degrees F (80 degrees C).

I really enjoyed this recipe. It was very easy to make and it was healthy for my family. I added a little more hot sauce than called for, but that's nothing I would normally make. I was giving it 4 stars because I thought it was bland so I added much more hot sauce and some salt. It was good, but the salsa recipe is bugging me. I will make this again.
