Bacon Chicken Reuben and Cheese II Recipe

Ingredients

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

4 slices processed cheese, cut in 1/2

2 slices processed cheese, cut in 1/2

2 eggs

1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (10 ounce) can cream cheese, softened

4 slices smoked sausage, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Grease three 10-inch deep dish nonstick pans.

Place the chicken pieces in the pan with the salt and paprika; drizzle with pepper and rosemary; place the paprika in the pan with the rosemary. Stir together egg, oregano, paprika and thyme; pour mixture over chicken and sprinkle with the cream cheese.

Place the cheese mixture over the chicken, evenly spreading across. Top with bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, cheese mixture. Spread on chicken and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
