1 pound potatoes, cubed

Add cabbage, carrots and onions; stir together. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 15 minutes. Add celery, carrots and onions; stir together. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low.
Add potatoes, carrots, celery and onions; stir together. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in the potatoes, onions, celery and celery mixture. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes.
