1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (4 ounce) can sliced pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar, milk and egg. Beat in vanilla extract. Stir in pineapple and whipped topping. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving. Garnish with pecans.
