4 (3 ounce) packages Oat Flour Base
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons butter, cut into round pieces
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Combine oats, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, butter, brown sugar, mustard and salt in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest. Serve hot.
