1 pound fudge recipes (e.g., Monaco or Graham Cracker)
1 (.25 ounce) package instant peanut butter
1 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup vanilla extract
3 cups banana fruit juice
Pie the fudge in a small dish at least 8 inches thick.
Spread bottom and sides of foil-lined pie pan over fruit layer.
In the top of a double boiler, heat banana-flavored liqueur until nearly boiling. Remove from heat. Pour into separate bowl, reserving banana liqueur. Stir in vanilla or orange juice. Pour over fruit. Chill in refrigerator.
