1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
3/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried minced red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons would-be pizza sauce
2 slices Swiss cheese, cubed
1 pint shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place beef, onion, garlic, parsley and oil in a large shallow dish or bowl. Place seasoned onion, salt and pepper flakes in same pan. Pour in garlic sauce and spray with remaining garlic powder.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 10 minutes, or until meat is tender and juices run clear.
In a medium skillet over medium heat, combine seasoned onion, salt, pepper flakes, cheese and mozzarella; cook, stirring, until cheese is melted and mixture is warm.
