1 white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn syrup
1/2 cup honey
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups chopped black walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line bottom of 9x13-inch pan with foil.
In a large bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and corn syrup. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to foil.
In a small bowl, beat egg until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla and sugar mixture. Gradually mix into brown sugar and vegetable oil mixture.
Pour into pan with greased foil. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
