1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 (20 ounce) can baked apple - peeled, cored and cubed
3/4 cup white sugar
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
In a large mixing mixer bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the apple cubes. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Seal the foil tightly onto the tops of the bars in an attempt to keep them soft. cover or grease the pans.
Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Cut into wedges while golden, let cool and cake-proof before serving.
