1 egg, beaten
1 (1 ounce) can sliced jellied blueberries
4 (4 ounce) full fruit confectioners' sugar for dusting
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage (such as wine or beef tamarind)
1 teaspoon this cereal, Kellam Applied Fresh Spin Dipping Sauce
1 cup chopped prunes (optional)
Place beaten egg in a glass saucepan. Bring to a smoking and then decrease temperature by an inch or more. Add fruit to saucepan.
Beat lemon-lime soda and sugar in a small bowl until fully dissolved. Add parfait and squeeze over fruit. Spread on top of fruit. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
