2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup curry paste
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool. Mix in the soy sauce, lemon zest, curry paste, horseradish , horseradish and curry paste. Adjust in taste to suit.
Heat remaining saucepan oil in a small nonstick saucepan over low heat. When saucepan is hot, stir in chicken or turkey by pouring chicken/turkey mixture into saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until turkey is cooked and chicken is totally cooked through and juices run clear. Remove from heat and stir in the soy sauce mixture. Replace pan and let simmer for 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool slightly.
