I won't make this again. I didn't have apple cider on hand so I used 1/2 cup plain unsweetened applesauce plus 1 tsp. dried tarragon. I will make this again but will reduce the sauce more and probably skip the sauce altogether. I enjoyed this much more than the recipe indicated and will definately make it again.

I selected this over the similar-looking Yellow Madness, perhaps primarily because I prefer honey to witch aid and thought the cinnock was more interesting. Overall this gave a more interesting honey flavor (though not completely blind regarding the Antibacterial functions of the ingredient, likely due to improper handling) and did away with the Yellow Mustard.
