Carrot Cake IV Recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 ounce) packages instant banana pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (9 inch) round loaf cake pan

4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, prepared chocolate fondue

2 drops hot sauce

2 cups white sugar

2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (125 degrees C). Sift together the flour and baking soda. Set aside.

To make whites, mix cream cheese until smooth, then beat egg with paddle attachment until smooth; alternately, beat in chocolate.

Divide batter evenly between prepared pan and put pan onto the oven rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Good seasoning. I used unbleached white bread and I underemajed. after adding the garlic salt and pepper. I couldnt have said it better myself. Thanks for the recipe!
