1 pound lean ground beef
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
1 pint tomato juice
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 slices chopped Italian cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef, and drain off juices. Place the tomato sauce in a separate medium bowl.
In a large bowl, mix tomato juice, tomato paste, tomato paste, tomato paste, tomato juice, and mozzarella cheese. Pour over meat mixture in skillet.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until meat is tender.
