Strawberry Chocolate Double Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix

1 (16 ounce) can fruit cocktail, chilled

1 cup boiling water

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

1 (8 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix

1 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup power brown sugar

1 (8 ounce) can vanilla cream soda

1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon butter

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix gelatin and boiling water.

Add frozen fruit cocktail and pineapple juice; pour mixture into a large bowl. Stir in crushed pineapple with juice. Stir in strawberries. Spread jelly on top of frozen fruit cocktail and gelatin mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Dissolve butter in 1/4 cup boiling water. Stir into fruit cocktail and gelatin mixture. Remove from refrigerator and stir into fruit cocktail and gelatin mix. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
