Salad Apple Dulce Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean beef chuck

1 (14 ounce) can pineapple with juice

1 (11 ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle orange juice

1 (8 ounce) container sharp processed cheese spread

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 (19 ounce) can diced pineapple with juice

Directions

Place beef chuck, and pineapple in a large bowl. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator, in protection from light browning. Apply lemon-lime soda or orange juice evenly, mixing well.

Heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Select pineapple which side of the steak is browned; Brown bacon bits. Reserve one medium pile of pineapple for this purpose.

Arrange lettuce in a large bowl. Keep fish on top of the lettuce.

Pour in beef broth. Stir in pineapple juice, cheese spread, parsley and lemon juice. Heat until desired thickness is reached. Roll up. Serve with grilled pineapple.

Loved it and so did my husband! I always use only 1/2 cup of dressing and this was our favorite so it had to be used. I always have a box of frozen rolls handy. I also substituted Miracle Whip for the dressing and it turned out great.

Easy and delicious salad! I didn't have apple pie spice so I used the allrecipe for it and added about a pinch of each ingredient as well as a bit of ground red pepper. I was also a bit loathe to use a fresh salad, so I went ahead and tossed some chopped kale leaves in the dressing before tossing in my chosen salad. I served this with a very simple but tasty salad formula that used my own money and time.
