Tuna Cod Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) can frozen diced cod

1 (2.25 ounce) can tuna, drained and juice reserved

1/4 cup ranch dressing mix

1 cup mayonnaise

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Oil a large potover-pot or medium sauce pan.

In a bowl, combine cooked and uncooked tuna, ranch dressing mix, mayonnaise, egg and lemon juice. Heat mixture over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until thickened. Spoon mixture into water, cover and refrigerate at least 7 hours before use.
